Buffalo Chicken Pizza. Here is how it goes:

Ingredients:

2 Jiffy Pizza mix packages

1 jar of buffalo wing sauce

Cheese

About 3-4 cups of cooked, cut into strips chicken

All you need to do is bake pizza crust as directed on the package! Then, spoon buffalo sauce all over the pizza crust, place the chicken on before the cheese, and then cover the pizza with cheese. I like to put the cheese on last so that the chicken gets trapped underneath the cheese. :-) Then bake for about 15 minutes. Then, right before serving, drizzle on extra buffalo sauce for an added kick.

You could also make individual pizzas the same way, but would only cook for about 7-8 minutes.

This recipe is a great twist on pizza for a spicy kick. Try it!

Watermelon Slush

Hey Ya'll! Today I am going to share with you one of my family's favorite Pasta Salad recipes. This recipe is great for picnics, BBQ's , and especially "family get-togethers!" My Mom and I created this recipe together as we were assigned to bring a salad to my brother's Football BBQ bash! This recipe is savory and tangy but full of flavor! So, here it is:

Ingredients:

-1 pound of Rotini pasta
-1 cup of shredded carrots
-1 cup of frozen peas
-1 cup of Kraft Bacon Ranch dressing
-1 cup of Parmesan cheese
-1/2 cup Real Bacon Bits

Directions:
Cook pasta as directed on pasta box. Drain and cool. Toss all ingredients together. Garnish the pasta dish with some of the parmesan cheese and bacon bits. For best results, make a day in advance and let it sit in the fridge to let the flavors combine! Serve cold! Enjoy!

I know that this recipe will knock your socks off, and will bring fresh flavor to any food event!

Let's Get to the Kitchen

Howdy Ya'll!
